To guarantee your reservation we must have your deposit of $200 along with a completed Reservation Form in our office within 10 days.
Cancellation Policy
The Eagle's Nest is in high demand, and guests making vacation plans generally book this property several months in advance. As The Eagle's Nest is a single vacation home, we do not practice overbooking as hotels do. It is virtually impossible to rebook cancelled dates on short notice. We do, however, maintain a waiting list as an added service to our guests. In the event you should have to cancel, we will do everything in our power to rebook your dates. If we are unable to fill the dates you had reserved, the following fees will apply:
For cancellations up to 21 days prior to arrival, there is no penalty. Cancellations between 15 and 20 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations within and including 14 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of your deposit plus 50% of your remaining bill.
If problems arise that may effect your travel plans, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.
